NetWatch tracks when a named lecturer opens their course Google Meet link and how long they stay. A class is only marked conducted after 30 continuous minutes.

A live timer runs while the lecturer stays logged in. Below 30 minutes the class stays "not conducted".
Every join, duration and outcome is stored per course, so departments can audit delivery at any time.
